WHICH CLASSIC CAR ARE YOU?
I stumbled across another fun test (thanks Christina).
I am the 1954 Mercedes Benz 300SL. Take the Which Classic Car Are You? quiz!
So, what does this say abot me? Well, I'm apparently quite the rare breed -- only 1,400 or so of me were ever built -- mostly for racing purposes. With a dry sump lubrication system and trademark "Gull wing" door, I am said to be "very advanced" -- even today.

Dry sump lubrication system? Perhaps you should see a doctor about that...
I am the 1939 Dusenberg Simone Coupe: "A one-of-a-kind collectors car, so rare, I have no clue as to how many were ever built, if more than one. Mysterious and sensual, you are quite high maintenance, and too expensive to take anywhere."
I'll agree with the first two (who wouldn't?!), own up to high maintenance, but not the last one. And I'd like to point out that I am NOT 64 years old.

I need to take the test again. I ended up like Mikal, and that ain't right!
No offense Mikal, but I'm not snooty enough to be a Benzy. I'm also lacking the plaid to match the interior of the pictured 300SL.
I plan to take the test again, while caffinated appropriately.
Beth, I'm sorry to hear that you're not 64, I like older women.
I'm the fast, red one of course. Shouldn't you have taken the bicycle identity test?
That's funny, we ended up being the same car!
I came out with the 1967 Shelby AC Cobra. Sounds about right. I was even born in 1967. Creepy.
Now if I can only afford "myself."

So.... a 1954 Mercedes gullwing coupe. Rare?....yes. Expensive to maintain?...yes. Popular among people who give themselves a car identity test?...........yes. I'm not quite sure how to feel about being coined a gullwing coupe. To all you other 1954 Mercedes 300SL's out there - we should try to overcome our fascination with plaid and golf knickers if we ever want to evolve into something more stylish - like a Delorean.
