LET'S PLAY, DO YOU REMEMBER?

A friend who noticed that I haven't posted much lately--aside for my Four For Friday postings--sent the following quiz, suggesting that I might like to use it as filler.

Gosh Mikal, How depressing. I know almost all the answers!!! Does that date me or what?

I thought you had flu and it was a marathon! You should be very proud. I am not there yet but I'm striving for it. I guess I have to manage running around the block first. You are an inspiration.

When I saw this as a quiz--that is, saw the group of answers, I found out the answer to the first one. Then, I hurried to take the quiz, and any other answers that turn out right will be because I remembered them. So here goes...
