FOUR FOR FRIDAY
Q1: If you clearly saw the driver of a car in front of yours or next to yours opening and drinking from a can of beer while driving, would you call the police or 911 to report what you saw?
Q2: When you eat meals at home, what percentage of those meals do you eat at a kitchen or dining room table verses those you eat while sitting in your favorite chair or on the couch while watching television?
Q3: Was there ever a time in your life when you were convinced or pretty darned certain that you'd like to live in a specific city, state, or region that you did not live in at the time? If so, what happened... do you still want to live there, do you live there now, or has your impression of that place somehow changed?
Q4: Which would you say you posses more of... Business Acumen, Creativity, or Social Skills? Which would you like to have more of?

1. I would call Highway Patrol, typically a *stHP number. I would try not to call 911, as that is for emergency use only. Most states have a *XXHP alternative that is free to cell phone users. And, I have done so in the past.
2. Only a fraction of a percent might be eaten at the dining room table.
3. Portland, OR. The company I worked for was supposed to be acquired by a company in Portland, and moved there accordingly. However, the dot bomb bubble burst, and the deal went south. I would still like to live in Portland, although I've never actually been there.
4. Social skills are oozing out of my ears. I would like to have more business acumen.
I have called the police on a drink driver. One night the car in front of me was weaving all over the road from one curb to the other. When a car came from the other direction he went way over to the right and up on a lawn.
I eat my meals in the kitchen and I have a TV in there. I only eat in the dinning room when I have company.
I have always lived in town and I have never thought of moving. There is something comforting about staying in the same town. You are always are bumping into people you know at the food store, hardware store and when I had a real estate agent come out to look at my fathers house, it turned out that she was from my high school class. I live in central Connecticut and it is a suburb of Hartford.
I am a more creative person. My hobby is photography and I started taking photos back in college, processing my own photos. However that started to get too expensive and so I stopped and it wasnít until the digital age that I started back up again. Some of my better photos are located on my web-site: http://www.geocities.com/diana_57_us/photo.html
Also I have my degree in Electrical Engineering, so my work also involves the creative process.
1. I would probably make the call. After reading the above, I need to check into the police number, although, drinking and driving can be considered an emergency.
2. I eat my meals in my kitchen, very few in the dining room and just a few at my desk.
3. There are many cities I could see myself living in. We have looked at many cities to see how it would "feel." Currently we are looking at Charlotte, NC.
4. Creativity... there is a frustrated artist of something inside me. I would like to be able to focus my creativity more.
Q1) Yes, and have done so before.
Q2) About 5% of the time we eat in the dining room because of company. Otherwise, we're parked in front of the TV.
Q3) Yes, I moved to Seattle for many reasons. I moved back to Indy for health and family reasons. Now that those issues are past, I can see myself back in Seattle, or in New York.
Q4) Creativity, for sure. I long to be Edward Gorey and not care about other's social graces, or business-minded people.
Well, mine's up but I can't post the URL becaus eof the letter combination. :(

1. Absolutely! I'd call the police and get the license number and car model.
2. I used to eat at the kitchen table, but now I sit on the couch, usually eating and watching TV.
3. I'd always wanted to live in California. About 11 years ago I moved there. It wasn't how I envisioned it would be, so after six months I moved back home. I have no desire to ever live in California again. Now I find myself in different cirumstances, and I really like the change.
4. I possess more creative skills, although I don't embrace them as often as I should. I definitely need to have a better business acumen, and my social skills are just fine, thank you.
I played along, posted on my blog :)
1. Of course.
2. About 5% at the dining room table, but that's mostly because it becomes covered wtih miscellaneous stuff. Lately I've been eatign outside on my patio.
3. Not particularly. There are places that I wouldnt ever want to live, but in general I can be content with wherever I find myself.
4. Creativity, but I haven't been exercising it lately.
