1. I love both the trampoline and playing ping-pong, but if I had to choose between the two, I'd have to pick the ping-pong table. Oh I know, you don't need anyone else to participate when on a trampoline, whereas you generally need someone else to join in when playing ping-pong. But even so, ping-pong is a love of mine, whereas the trampoline is just a pipe dream.
2. Maple... its many variations of color make it more pleasing my eye.
3. Christmas... giving and receiving gifts is way better than eating turkey, isn't it?
4. Shopping mall... heated in the winter, air conditioned in the summer, all under one roof (not to mention a food court).
5. Mornings... they hold more promise.
6. Saturday morning cartoons, but not of today's variety. I'd take the ones from the 70's and 80's.
7. Paintings... they're original and rare.
8. Refinished wood wins out almost every time (although, I do like the look and feel of a good Berber carpet).
9. Running my own struggling business, having more say in my destiny, allowing my vision to play out... that's the way for me.
10. Sledding, for sure (it holds better childhood memories than skiing, and to me it's a lot more fun).
1. Trampoline. Weeeeeeee!
2. Maple.
3. Christmas
4. Shopping mall
5. Without kids: morning. With kids: evening
6. Sunday paper cartoons, these days
7. Depends on the subject. Usually photos.
8. Nice carpet. Wood floors are 'cold'
9. Corporate job. I like the security. But, Mikal, does this mean you've decided to start your own business?
10. Sledding. Whoever decided that going down steep inclines on two skinny pieces of fiberglass in the snow, without brakes, was "fun," I'd like to see what their idea of fear is. Sheesh.
1. Trampoline. Jumping is fun!
2. Maple. I like maple, especially when it comes in the form of syrup.
3. Christmas. It has more special memories for me. I love the feel in the air on that day and New Year's is close behind.
4. Shopping mall. Nice to be inside and there are more stores than a strip mall.
5. Evenings. This is when I relax. I like to stay up late too, when I can.
6. I love to read the comics, but Saturday morning cartoons were the best when I was a kid. Tough call.
7. Paintings, which can always be made into prints. I'd love to try my hand at painting.
8. Refinished wood floors. Carpeting makes things feel too closed up and it gets dirty and traps dirt and smells. An area rug on hardwood floors is a nice touch.
9. I'd run my own business if I had a huge passion for something and knew I could earn a living off of it. I don't like having to answer to a boss, but if I found an amazing job it wouldn't matter. Plus, working for someone else you don't have all the headaches. Pluses and minuses for both.
10. SLEDDING! I remember using food trays from the college cafeteria to sled down the hills on campus.
