THE COLTS WON, AND SO DID I

I'm not much of a gambler, but with my Indianapolis Colts making it all the way to the Super Bowl, I couldn't help but place a few friendly wagers with friends and colleagues. In recognition of the Colts' 29-17 victory over the Chicago Bears, I get:

  1. My car detailed

  2. Dinner at a restaurant of my choice

  3. Three small Photoshop design projects

  4. The pleasure of seeing a co-worker's office plastered with Colts images for one full week

Congratulations to my fellow Colts fans, and thank you Peyton Manning for ensuring that my car gets at least one good cleaning this year.

What a game!!! I am still drying out. I was there in the nosebleeds but I was there. It was AWESOME!! Went to the pep rally at the Dome Modnay night. It was at least 80% full. It was great. Really noisy and the crowd and team were pumped up. Irsay and the Colts are a class act. Lets hope for a repeat next year! GO COLTS!

Nice! It's unfortunate that those people don't have a magic 8 ball... I mean a for-reals magic 8 ball. We consulted our 8 ball the week before the game, to which it indicated under no uncertain terms that the Colts would win.

The 8-ball continues its streak of 100% accuracy over the last 3 years.

I'm so proud of OUR GUYS!!!! These eyes were glued to the TV for the game and everything else that was televised. Hope it happens again next year. Guess what Dungy was doing the next day? He was at Disney World helping with a charity football event. Such a cool guy. Best there is.

Everyone in Indianapolis has forgotten that only a few short years ago the Colts were threatening to move to LA if the city did not build a new stadium and kick back some operating capital to keep the team in town. Now, there's an increase in the food and beverage tax to pay for the new Lucas Oil Stadium and keep the super bowl champs in town. They are dipping into my wallet to play in a new stadium a few weekends out of the year. What a scam.
