Those avocados came from a tree in my backyard and I shipped them around the US whole. 57% peeled them before eating in guacamole, 32% peeled them and ate them and the remaining 11% ate them rind, seed and meat in order to perform obscure kama sutra positions with a loved one during halftime.
Had I known those figures ahead of time, that the demand was that high, I'd have picked at the tree a little harder. 22% of those little green fruits were left on the tree and 12% became windfall.
